A Trip To Southbank

I thought I would share with you all a few pics from our trip to Southbank yesterday. We were so lucky with the weather and couldn’t of asked for a better day out. This was baby Max’s first trip into Central London so it was extra special. We live only a short 20 minutes train journey from here and luckily Max slept the entire way, I think he enjoyed the motion of the train.

We didn’t go on the London eye as the queues were ridiculous but we did have a nice stroll around Jubilee Gardens.

A pit stop to take this beautiful snap of Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the Thames.

I would recommend a delicious frozen yogurt from Snog. I had an original yogurt with strawberries and kiwi. Yum!

Another baby first was we turned Max around in his sling, it was completely the right decision to make as he really enjoyed looking around taking in all that London has to offer. He found great pleasure in sucking away on the front of his sling!

For lunch we stopped over at Ping Pong for some dim sum another must have place to eat. I would HIGHLY recommend a visit to Southbank if you do come to London the food, street performers and overall vibe is wonderful and on a nice British Summer’s day it’s just the perfect family day out.

I absolutely love Southbank, I think it's a great place to visit and quite easy with a baby 🙂

We went to the Spanish Festival when it was there which was absolutely packed but so much fun.
