Welcome back to the eleventh week of What Mama Wore Monday. Get those outfit posts ready and make sure you use the hashtag #whatmamaworemonday!
So this week was a bit of a funny week, I’ve been feeling kind of crap and that definitely reflected in my choice of clothes. I found myself reaching for my trusty ASOS Farleigh Jeans pretty much everyday. It was a jeans and t-shirt sort of week for me, which is never a bad thing but I definitely didn’t feel myself. I think the weather being dull and overcast definitely had something to do with it. I made it my mission over the weekend to ditch the mum uniform and dress up for at least one of the two days. As soon as I’ve done my hair, slapped on some make up and put on some fancier clothes it automatically lifts my mood. Is anyone else the same?
Right so guys, I’m kind of obsessed with these trousers and I have my sister to thank because without her I probably wouldn’t have reached for them. She told me I had to try them on because they were SO me. The minute I had the on I was like ‘Yep! I need these baby’s in my life!’ There like nothing I’ve ever worn before and completely out of my comfort zone. I love the stripy pattern and the feel of the material. You can just tell these trousers are made from good quality fabric that will last when washed. There high-waisted and have this gorgeous ruffle detail at the waist. There super flattering on for my body shape and really help cinch in my waist. I’m definitely going to get a lot of wear from them through Summer to Winter.
This weeks mention has to go to my gorgeous preggy friend Hannah. She’s the most beautiful pregnant lady I’ve ever seen and can rock her bump in almost anything and still look fabulous! You’re probably already following her but if not definitely give her a follow. She has a funny bearded husband and gorgeous little boy called Grayson and the most beautiful home in Bath.
Thank you to everyone who joined in last week. We were amazed at how many of you joined in. It was definitely our record week for sure!
